    How does SLA 3D printing work<\/span><\/span>?<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    The print plate descends into the vat containing the resin. At the bottom of the transparent vat, a laser<\/b>hits the resin, tracing the profile of the object<\/b> and solidifying the material<\/b> through a process called \u201cpolymerization.\"<\/b><\/p>

    The printing platform rises, and then the printing step is repeated.<\/p>

    Parts printed with this technology require supports<\/b> during printing, which are easily removed at the end of the process.<\/p>

    At the end of the printing process, the parts are subjected to an isopropyl alcohol bath<\/b> to remove any excess resin, and are then \u201ccured\u201d<\/b> in a specialized UV oven to complete the solidification<\/b> process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
